I recently read that 30 minutes of swimming burns approximately 350 calories! I love swimming laps. That 30 minutes is like heaven. With my head under the water, I can’t hear anything. The latest news in our house:My Princess cut her bangs. Not too bad, luckily. Most people won't even notice it. I am so glad it was not worse.
