Tuesdays are the day I weigh in at my local Weight Watcher's meeting. I was worried this week since the last week and half I was on a Canoe Journey. This week I reviewed the CopyKids Eat Fruits and Vegetables DVD, and my daughter watched other children eating tomatoes. This really had an effect on her. We made bean burritos for lunch this week, and while I was cutting up tomatoes, my Princess asked to eat a piece plain! Now, she loves pico de gallo salsa that is chock full of tomatoes.
