Strawberry Lemon Cupcakes

This last weekend we decided to make easy yet cute cupcakes for church potluck. We were expecting more guests than normal and wanted to make a larger dessert. My Princess and I made mini sized cupcakes and regular sized cupcakes with the Jell-O poke method. This last week my Princess helped my mother, her grandma, make a dump cake for church potluck. My Princess loves making dump cake. This week's dump cake is my mom's recipe: Cherry Pineapple Dump Cake. Baking With Grandma: 1. Mix Cherry and Pineapple on the bottom of the baking dish. 2. Mix yellow cake mix with 1 stick of butter. We made another dump cake this week for church potluck. And by we, I mean, my Princess, who is 4, did most of the work. We like making dump cakes since they are simple and easy.
