So I have been slowly plugging along with Weight Watchers. Since June I am down 15 lbs and kind of stayed there. The holidays kicked my behind a bit... well more than a bit. I ended up gaining 5 lbs! My husband was out of town this week. I was home with our two children for 3 1/2 days. Wow! I have so much respect for single moms. Being home alone with my kids was a lot harder than I expected it. We made another dump cake this week for church potluck. And by we, I mean, my Princess, who is 4, did most of the work. We like making dump cakes since they are simple and easy.
