Heart Failure
In the midst of a sick baby (again!), we are having a serious family medical crisis. My sister in law Julie went into cardiac arrest Wednesday. After reviving her erratic heart, the hospital put her on ice and into a coma to reduce the damage to her brain. This more recent practice has had amazing results with patients who had no heartbeat for even 20 minutes or more! My Baby Has An Ear Infection!
My Little Man and my Princess both have an ear infection. Let me tell you, life has been difficult here at home. My 5 year old has been dealing with it quite fine, but the baby? It has been a long few days. I am praying that things get better soon. The nurse we saw this week told us we could give him ibuprofen for pain or fever and to keep him hydrated with lots of water.
