In September, my husband had a seminar in British Columbia on the weekends. He commuted to that seminar without the kids and I. It was lovely to stay home for a bit longer with our new baby, Little Man. While he was driving the five hours back and forth during the week something terrible happened to our trusty little Honda Civic. Our air conditioning went out. We did not get a chance to repair it yet but will have to soon. With this auto repair cost coming up and with the holidays and winter … [Read more...]

Road Trip to Oregon…That Didn’t Happen
This week my dad had a work trip from Sunday through Thursday in Oregon. He decided to take my mom and my Princess. She was quite excited to be going on a big road trip to Oregon and happily packed up her clothing, snacks, and toys. We were all set - everything was placed by the front door ready for her Papa to pack in to the sport utility vehicle. She stayed the night at their house so they could get up in the morning early and leave. The plan was to leave her in her pajamas and carry her out … [Read more...]
My Baby Is 3 Months Old!
Nathanael is 3 months old this month. It is amazing how fast time goes by. 3 months old is such a fun stage. This is when babies begin to laugh, hold their head up better, and grab things. We have been doing tummy time in the mornings when he is happy. He has rolled over a couple times. This is also the month that the drool begins to go into overdrive. I have purchased extra bibs so that his shirts don't get soaked through. I have also purchased teething toys that you can chill in … [Read more...]
