I participated in a Blogger Activation on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Stonyfield. I received coupons to facilitate my shopping trip and a promotional item to thank me for participating. This week the kids and I were home alone. I was getting tired of hearing my daughter tell me she was bored. {Do your kids tell you they're bored? I am sure they do!} So to keep my poor little Princess from being bored - I put her to work. It was time to go through the toys. When we got through our … [Read more...]

Becoming a parent is one of the world’s most rewarding treasures. With children come many blessings: countless moments of joy and laughter, a youthful rejuvenation, and of course, being able to love and care for someone. Laundry in the RV
Life in a 32 foot RV travel trailer with four has its pros and cons. To be honest, laundry isn't one of the cons. First, we don't have a lot of room for an excess of laundry. But, that being said, we do have a laundry "shoot" under the floor that we can easily throw our dirty clothes into. Because a laundry basket fills up pretty easily with a family of four (one being a very messy little boy) - we do have to do laundry pretty often. We can't sort as easily or we'd have small loads and … [Read more...]
RV Life After One Month
We are alive and love each other still. That's a success in my eyes. 32 feet is pretty small and I knew RV life wouldn't always be easy. I am working overtime on my patience. Here's what our routine looks like: Breakfast Homeschool YMCA class Lunch Pool or Park Errands Quiet … [Read more...]
My Husband is an All Star Dad!
I am blessed with an amazing husband. Really. I don't know anyone else who's husband is as great as mine. That is the whole truth. He is an all star dad! We have a unique situation in that, my husband does not go off to work all day and leave us home. We get to go to work with him. So every day, we wake up together, eat all our meals together, and enjoy family life on the road. This schedule has resulted in both of my kids being very close to daddy. My Princess is definitely a daddy's girl. When … [Read more...]
How Do You Stay Organized?
Living in the 32 foot RV part of the year requires that we stay very organized. Things can get pretty crazy if we don't. We accumulate a lot of paper too. So planning, keeping lists, and filing papers are all part of staying organized in our family. Thankfully, I have two great new products to help me stay organized. The Tidy Lady Wondermom Set includes 27 bright and colorful printable sheets. I can be a Wondermom by keeping all this stuff organized and do it in style. You'll love the … [Read more...]
When My Second Child Used Formula
This post brought to you by Sam’s Club. All opinions are 100% mine. I can clearly remember over six years ago when my Princess was born. We had her at a birth center in Northern California at about 8pm. My midwife told me I could head home once I went to the bathroom and my Princess breastfed. Easy peasy. I was heading home by 10:30 pm. It was awesome. But, when my Little Man was born, he had a difficult time latching on to feed. Did you have a difficult time breastfeeding your … [Read more...]
