The Start of Our Family Day
You all know we travel for my husband's work 8 months out of the year. Some days that can be very hard, but one thing that I love about this calling is the family time we get together. We wake up, or sleep in together and eat breakfast together. The last three weeks we have woken up to fresh juice. My husband loves juicing - and we love drinking it. Losing the Baby Weight
Since I am pregnant with my second child, I am watching the foods I am eating more carefully than normal. I am also watching the amount of calories I am intaking. I need to add about 300-350 calories to my diet, which is not too high, so I have been careful - in a healthy way. We have eliminated most processed foods, and eat sweets sparingly now.
