Since I am pregnant with my second child, I am watching the foods I am eating more carefully than normal. I am also watching the amount of calories I am intaking. I need to add about 300-350 calories to my diet, which is not too high, so I have been careful - in a healthy way. We have eliminated most processed foods, and eat sweets sparingly now. We had a surprise Fun Day this last week. My parents took the Princess and me to Chuck E. Cheese.The food? So, so. The fun? Absolutely!Since I am on Weight Watchers, I ate 2 very small pieces of pizza and it tasted quite good. Like my Princess, I do like pizza, especially with olives.It was difficult for the Princess to sit still and eat with 35 tokens sitting in a cup on the table. Weight Watchers
We are not friends. At least not yet. I hate dieting. I hate the concept of dieting. I am all about lifestyle changes for weight loss not some fad diet. With that said, a year and a half ago I went on Weight Watchers. It was when my Princess was about 8 months old. I did the point system because it was simpler for me.
