We woke up Thanksgiving morning to snow! Lots of beautiful snow from 6 am to 11 am. What fun my Princess had sledding with the big kids at our golf course. Thanksgiving Traditions
source I have always loved Thanksgiving. Growing up my parents hosted our family dinners, and still do now. We invite family from both nearby reservations and have always had a large gathering of family, friends, food, fun and games. It has been a tradition to eat at 2pm. Then we visit and play games for the rest of the afternoon. It is not unusual for family members to stay until 9 or 10 pm. It is a long fun filled day. Blessing Cards
During our travels we meet so many great people. We get to know them in the four or five weeks we are working with their church, and then we have to leave. I always say that we will have a grand reunion in Heaven one day with a lot of great people. During this seminar, our Princess has really connected with the two lovely ladies who are in charge of child care. They have fallen in love with the Princess and are so very patient and kind to her. Don’t Leave Me
My parents have been visiting the Princess almost every evening. They play and run for an hour which is lovely because she has been sleeping REALLY well. It is so cute though. When it is time for them to leave, the Princess runs to the front door, extends her arms and says no. She tries to block their way out because she doesn't want them to go home. We all laugh. Very Thankful
We are in Death Valley. I hope that everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving. We have so much to be thankful for in our family. Wednesday we rented a car and drove from Tyler's mom's house out to Death Valley to stay at the Furnace Creek Inn for the Thanksgiving holiday.
