Understanding Death
Though, my Princess recently attended a funeral, she still is fascinated {of course} with the casket and body of a dead loved one. Right when we arrived at the mortuary for a special family viewing on Monday, she wanted to see our Aunt in the casket. She said, Why won't she open her eyes, mommy? I explained to her, again, what it means to die. Then I also explained to her that we will see our Aunt again in Heaven. She loves that. {Me too!} She then said, Can you tell me a story about … [Read more...]
Dealing With Death
sourceMy aunt died. We went to visit her last September because she was not doing well.Though, we all expected it to happen, it was still a hurtful shock. Pray for us all. After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever.
