Vegetarian Valentines Day Dinner Ideas

January 15, 2023 By LaVonne

Spread the love

Making Valentine’s Day fun with the family at home saves money and creates great memories. My kids love pasta and having breakfast for dinner, so I’ve included a great round-up of Vegetarian ideas that my kids would love. I am so grateful for a family to love and that loves me. Creating memories with the family is very important.

“Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails.” – 1 Corinthians 13:4-8

10 Vegetarian Valentines Day Dinner Ideas

  • Pink Sauce Pasta
  • Roasted Beet Tart with Feta and Kale
  • Vegan Chicken Parmesan
  • Beet Pesto Penne Pasta
  • Ombre Valentine’s Day Pancakes
  • Vegan Pink Pasta
  • Heart Shaped Pizza (2-ingredient dough recipe)
  • Vegetable Pasta Casserole
  • Spinach Mushroom Quiche
  • Spaghetti Aglio e Olio with Vegetables

What other vegetarian dinner ideas would you add to this list? We’re always looking for fun vegetarian dinner recommendations. My husband makes a well-loved vegan chicken parmesan with a store-bought vegan patty. I love the idea of creating your own.

I think that my kids would love to make heart-shaped personal pizzas. A pizza bar for Valentine’s Day is such a fun idea, don’t you think? Both of my kids love to personalize their pizzas. A simple pink sauce pasta on the side would go great with a Vegetarian Valentines Day dinner – the whole family is sure to LOVE it. I haven’t tried pink sauce pasta before but it looks easy and fun for Valentine’s Day-themed dinner.

“So now faith, hope, and love abide, these three; but the greatest of these is love.” – 1 Corinthians 13:13
