Cute and Affordable Kid’s Winter Fashion

Spread the love

I participated in an Influencer Activation on behalf of Influence Central for OshKosh B’gosh. I received an OshKosh B’gosh gift card to purchase product and to thank me for my participation.

My sister-in-law has three boys — 10, 8, and almost 6. I am blessed to say, most of my son’s clothes are hand-me downs from her three boys. Not having to buy my son a complete new wardrobe has been nice. Many clothes are great brands too, like OshKosh B’gosh, that have made it through 3-4 boys (some of the clothes came from one older boy cousin too!). How many brands can hold up to five boys and still look great and current? Not many. We are big fans of OshKosh here in our home.  Getting quality hand-me-downs really  makes me happy.

How do you #GiveHappy to your friends, family and community?

It is easy to #GiveHappy with even small acts of kindness. In fact, this Saturday I am bringing four bags of size 18 month and 24 month clothes to my friend. Yes, a sixth boy is going to wear these clothes! We are now in size 2T for my son and 7/8 for my daughter. They grow so fast don’t they? I wish I could freeze time and keep them little forever. I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: Parenting is hard stuff. One reason, these kids keep getting bigger and bigger…

A week and half ago we had a girl’s day out. My mom, sister, my Princess and I went to our local Outlet Mall and shopped. We even went to a fun Asian restaurant and Starbucks together too. It was such a fun day. Ladies, do you do a girl’s day out ever? They happen to be a big favorite with us. I was armed with $100 of birthday money and a $100 OshKosh gift card. Can you believe I didn’t buy myself a single thing? Moms, you might believe it actually. But, my kids scored that day for sure.

I had a game plan for what I wanted in OshKosh which included new pajamas, a Thanksgiving outfit for my Princess and a winter coat for my Little Man. I am happy to announce I found my kids each two pair of pajamas, an outfit for my Princess and a very, very warm coat for my Little Man. The grand total? $97. I stayed in my budget and got my kids exactly what they needed.

The store was very busy that day, it was Veteran’s Day. But there was still a lot of stock left when I arrived in the afternoon. I was able to easily find the sizes I needed. {By the way, I love that OshKosh offers children’s clothes up to size 12.} Don’t get me wrong, I saw many things I would have liked to buy the kids. But I stuck with the things we needed. They had great bright holiday colors (that I loved) as well as classic items and even hand drawn graphics. The twirly dresses, fair isle sweaters, and classic plaid were all calling out to me that day. {You must stop by your local OshKosh B’gosh to check out the winter fashion!}

I ALWAYS love to get pajamas from OshKosh for our winter weather. Warm, comfy, and cute pajamas for both kids. I always get them one size bigger than they wear so they just feel a bit more comfortable. Does anyone else go one size bigger in pajamas, or is that just me? OshKosh has a great selection of pajamas and they are well-made. These are the cheapie cotton pajamas you’ll find at some stores. They are durable, don’t fade after a few washes, and the kid LOVE them. Both of my kids wanted to wear these particular pairs above all week long. Really.

You’ll be glad you did. In fact, I want to #GiveHappy right now and share a money saving coupon with you. Use this coupon to save 25% off your purchase of $30 or more. It’s good until the end of the year.

So my Princess has her Thanksgiving outfit planned out for this next week. Our Seattle Seahawks are playing that day so she, like most Washingtonians will be wearing her Seahawks t-shirt. She is pairing it with this oh so cute OshKosh B’gosh outfit:

I hope you all have a great holiday season! And please don’t forget to #GiveHappy to those around you!

    I absolutely love Osh Kosh. I’m just sad that my daughter is getting a little too old for it though.
