With very few days left to harvest these fresh garden tomatoes, I am incorporating tomatoes in any recipe I can.

There are a few favorite recipes that I am eating while on Weight Watchers that taste great with guacamole. One of those recipes is Taco Salad. {I will have to post that recipe very soon.} The awesome thing is that guacamole is a great healthy condiment to eat while on Weight Watchers. You just have to be careful how much of it you eat.

Weight Watchers is simple and works when you measure your portion and track your food!

Easy guacamole with 4 ingredients and only 2 Weight Watchers Points Plus per ¼ C serving.
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Tomato
  • ½ T Garlic Powder
  • 1 t Salt
  1. Mash Avocado
  2. Dice Tomato
  3. Mix avocado, tomato, garlic powder, and salt.

Even my 4 year old loves guacamole!

    Sure does sound easy! I have been thinking about making some guacamole this weekend and will give this recipe a try. I bet I could even let me daughter do most of the work! Thanks for sharing this I’ll be bookmarking it :)

    This really is an easy guacamole recipe and one that I am going to try. I like that it is made so fresh and has none of the artificial ingredients that they have in the store.
