With very few days left to harvest these fresh garden tomatoes, I am incorporating tomatoes in any recipe I can like in an easy guacamole recipe. There are a few favorite recipes that I am eating while on Weight Watchers that taste great with guacamole. source Not a fun week. When is it fun to get 3 wisdom teeth pulled out, extracted, surgically removed? Especially after 30!!! My big highlight this week? Basic Italian Polenta Recipe
I have not had Polenta before. I recently saw it being cooked on TV and it really sounded good. So when I saw a bag for just over $2 at the local grocery store, I couldn’t resist. I had to try it.
