Top Ten Preschool Apps
Our family got an iPad for Christmas. We choose to purchase this for our daughter to use for homeschool and we have put some great educational apps on it. It always amazes me to see her easily navigating her way around an iPad. We live in such technologically advanced times. Amazing! Printable Preschool Shopping List
My Princess’ new favorite is making a shopping list. She constantly asks us to write up a list for her to copy. She loves writing letters now and trying to figure out what letter a word begins with.Most days, I really do think she is brilliant! Truly. General Preschool Day
I thought I’d give you all another homeschool update. Labor Day has come and gone and Preschool has started in our home again. This is the second year we are doing preschool. My Princess is 3. She still loves school time. We started school with her last September when she was 2. It amazes me how quickly she is picking things up this school year. Her new favorite are the Leap Frog videos. Writing Her Name
My Princess has been doing so well with writing her name. She recognizes her letters everywhere. Constantly pointing to letters on signs, in books, and in magazines.We have turned it into a game now.At church while we are patiently waiting for the sermon to end (Daddy's sermon, mind you) I let her look at the church bulletin and circle all her letters. Learning Numbers
For homeschool preschool we are working on numbers, cutting, sticker placement, dot to dot, and writing the Princess’ name. we are having fun!With these books, the Princess really asks to do school all the time. Especially, the cutting. She loves cutting!We are also reading Bible stories that are considered easy readers. We have read her favorite one (Baby Moses) so often that she knows it by heart.
