We actually purchased physical personalized cards this year from our local big box store. They were created and ordered on December 19 and were ready for pickup on December 20. They were a rushed order. They turned out great — but after I purchased 50 I started thinking about the hassle of getting them out to our friends and family in five short days. Why did I wait so long?!
Honestly, I should have stuck with a quality digital e-card that I could take my time and personalize. Then I could send it out via email and share on my Facebook account. Easy peasy, right?

There a large variety of cards that would have been perfect for Christmas. But since this year, I was completely last minute, I love that there are Happy New Year’s cards to choose from.
But they don’t just have cards. At Smilebox you can also make:
- slideshow
- invitation
- collage
- flyer
Every holiday, special occasion, and special moment you can think of, there is a greeting card and more for. The amount of options almost feels never ending when you scroll through their easy to navigate website.
So I sat down, and in less than 30 minutes, I was able to choose photos and personalize a Year in Review style card that is perfect for New Year’s. The site really was simple to navigate. My photos were easy to upload. And I could edit card colors and design right on the same screen. I even added music to the photo card. I loved how easy Smilebox made this for busy moms like me.

I can’t wait to share it on January 1st with my friends and family on Facebook. It’s actually a video card with music. Very cool! You can find so many New Year’s ideas on Smilebox.
