Being a mom is the world’s most stressful job. There is no secret formula or to-do list for being a good parent. This challenge will help you improve and become a more positive and supportive mother in just 30 days. After this challenge, you’ll feel more motivated, in control, and less stressed.

30 Day Mom Challenge

  1. Choose one thing to do together as a family this month
  2. Challenge yourself to go one whole day without yelling
  3. Show your child you love them by giving them a hug today
  4. Give your child a kiss goodnight
  5. Take a deep breath and remind yourself that your children are only _ years old, and that they’re still kids.
  6. Buy or make your child’s favorite dessert
  7. Leave a note in your child’s lunch today
  8. Plan a fun summer vacation activity
  9. Picture yourself from when you were your child’s age, remember how you felt at that age
  10. Focus on joy today
  11. Give your child words of praise
  12. Pray for wisdom and strength
  13. Don’t complain all day
  14. Remind yourself that being a mother is a gift
  15. Remind yourself to be firm but not harsh when it comes to your kids
  16. Imagine your child 15 years from now, keep this in mind throughout your day
  17. Laugh with your kid today
  18. Who is your mom role model? What qualities do they possess that make them a great mom?
  19. Teach your kid something to do on his/her own
  20. Focus on patience today
  21. Forgive your child when they mess up today
  22. Think about how you want your children to remember you
  23. Replace criticism with love today
  24. Don’t interrupt your child when they talk
  25. Ask your kid for their opinion
  26. Encourage your child today
  27. Do something for your health today
  28. Teach your child something new today
  29. Turn off your phone, computer, or whatever is distracting you today
  30. Focus on love today
