When we went to the Oregon Coast this summer, I made a batch of easy no-bake oatmeal chocolate peanut butter bars to take with us. By the time we pulled out of our driveway, half the batch was gone. My family loves this very simple recipe. I love how easy it is to make.
No Bake Oatmeal Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar Ingredients
- 3 Cups Old Fashioned Oats
- 1 Cup of Peanut Butter
- 1/2 Cup Honey
- 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
Yes, that’s right. Just four simple ingredients that you don’t have to bake! I used crunchy peanut butter because kids and I both like a little bit of crunch to our peanut butter. It gave these bars even more snack-like texture.
Just heat the peanut butter and honey on the stove, over medium heat, until smooth. You could also do it in the microwave. Then add the oats and stir together well. I added my chocolate chips next once it had cooled a bit.
Press the mixture into a square pan. I lined my pan with foil just so it’d pop out easier. Plus, less clean up! Refrigerate until it’s set. I left mine in the fridge for just over an hour. Cut into any size square you’d like.
Seriously simple, definitely delicious!

These seem so easy and delicious. I am seriously making them in the morning! I have all the ingredients. My kids can’t eat them because of the peanut butter allergy, but I am making them for me!
