Blackberries and strawberries are both rich in antioxidants, and a good source of dietary fiber. Together these berries make a great blackberry smoothie recipe that is delicious and nutritious. Smoothies are a healthy way to start the day off right. While you could combine everything together, layering the smoothie add to the fun and makes it super kid-friendly, too.
Do your kids love smoothies? My daughter loves having smoothies and popcorn in the evening for family movie night. She’s my kind of girl! I like making simple smoothie recipes that take little effort and few ingredients. That’s why this healthy drink is one of our favorites!
