Smoothies are a great way for my family and me to not only get more fruits and vegetables into our daily diet, but when you utilize a great protein powder, you can also get more protein into your diet. Smoothies are also easy to make. I simply throw the ingredients into my Nutri Ninja Pro and mix. I love that kind of simplicity. As a mom to two young kids, easy and healthy is exactly what I like.
