Who Could Use Tech Support on Their Devices?

Here in the Long house we have 2 active smart phones, three old smart phones that still are used occasionally as a device, three tablets, and two Kindles. You’d think I’d be an expert on all things electronic devices, right? Nope. I am still learning.

For example, on Halloween, a friend taught me about talk to text on my iPhone. Did you know you can say the words “period”, “question mark” and “exclamation point” and it will text them correctly. No more incomplete sentences! Grammar police can be happy now with my texting.

I am sure there are many things that I could learn about my electronic devices. How about you? We can all benefit from tech support at our fingertips right? Well, I’m going to tell you about my experience this week with Asurion Premier Support. The best part? You can take advantage of Asurion too!

Add an Email Account  email accounts in iPhone

My issues, though simple to some, was I didn’t know how to add more than one email account to my iPhone. I have a main email that I use most frequently, which is Gmail. I also have a Hotmail account – and I wanted to have both on my iPhone.

In less than five minutes I was able to get the answer not only how to do this, but tech support waited until I did it, and then made sure I didn’t have any more questions. My experience with Asurion was a wonderful experience.

That’s how I feel about my husband’s Android smart phone. I have no idea how to use it. Sometimes he asks me for help and I am at a loss 😉 Thankful for services like Asurion to help.

I thought I was an expert too, but I guess not because I didn’t know about saying the punctuation! LOL Glad we have Asurion to help us out with these things.
