Before my first child I was vegan for six years. It was difficult at first but then I was quite used to it. I enjoyed the vegan lifestyle and loved being creative with recipes that normally called for dairy products. My family is now mainly vegetarian. The tips and recommendations in this book with the recipes is invaluable as well.
