Vegan Crock Pot Recipes

My vegetarian crock pot recipes post is always in my top ten for most traffic. People seem to love that post. So I thought I should create a vegan crock post recipes post as well. Crock pot recipes are nice to have in your collection because they are generally healthy and simple to make in one pot. {That’s my kind of coking!}

Here are 20 Vegan Crock Pot Recipes:

  1. Vegan Lasagna
  2. Quinoa Black Bean Chili
  3. Tofu CurryMinestrone Soup (omit cheese sprinkled at the end)
  4. Korean Chickpeas, Carrots, and Potatoes
  5. Greek Crockpot Stew (omit cheese sprinkled at the end)
  6. Red Lentil Dal
  7. Moroccan Coconut and Chickpea Soup
  8. Chard Lentil and Potato Soup
  9. Corn Chowder
  10. Mushroom and Lentil Stuffed Cabbage Rolls
  11. Lentil Sloppy Joes
  12. Quinoa and Vegetables

  15. Refried Black Beans
  16. Carrot Cake and Zucchini Bread Oatmeal
  17. Overnight Steel Cut Oats (use vegan butter)
  18. Caramel Apple Crumble (use vegan butter)
  19. Pumpkin Butter

As I was adding these vegan recipes, I honestly began to drool. I know it is Spring, but it is not yet time to put away that crock pot. Try one or more of these awesome vegan crock pot recipes.

I was vegan for 6 years before I had my first child. Many of our meals are still vegan at home. One day, I’d like to go back to a vegan lifestyle – with kids it seems difficult. I know, I am just making excuses. But when I can create round-ups featuring vegan recipes, it makes eating vegan a whole lot easier.

What is your favorite crock pot recipe?

Probably sweet and sour chicken wings. Not exactly vegan though!

Jenn, I think sweet and sour is awesome. I do have a vegetarian option for it here on my website. But I think the meat alternative would break down too much in a crock pot. I ought to look into though! 🙂

I don’t think I have ever made a vegan crockpot meal, but we use our crockpot all the time. My favorite meal we make is probably Root Beer pulled pork, but a lot of these recipes look delicious too!

With a can of root beer? That sounds pretty interesting! I love how creative crock pot recipes are and they still seem to turn out tasty.

Thankfully, my husband is more healthy than I am. He is constantly being a good influence on me! I need that. 🙂

I just told my husband we need to take our crock pot into the RV. It is so easy and I will get the crock pot liner so cleaning up is even easier!

I love doing chili in the crockpot but have never thought to do it with quinoa before. Great idea!

We love chili too. We have not added quinoa but regularly eat the chili with brown rice. We love quinoa so we are trying that one!

I love my crockpot! I’m not vegan but have made meatless meals, I think there’s a difference between the two no? those baked beans sound yummy!

Vegan would just not have any dairy products – but yes both meatless and vegan are healthy indeed!

I love any excuse to pull out my crockpot! Thanks for the additional meals. We aren’t Vegan but my middle child is stating he’s vegetarian and he’s stuck with it for the past 6 months. He’ll appreciate these!

When I was in 10th grade I became vegetarian. The rest of my family were not. I stuck with it. It is amazing the will power of kids, huh? I need that will power now with sweets. Ha!
