We have made it safely to Baton Rouge, Louisiana. It was a rough travel day with two sick kids but I made it and stayed fairly sane in the process. You’d think we’d have this travel stuff down, but it is still hard. Every. Single. Time. {Praise the Lord for a playground at the airport in Dallas!}
And thank the Lord, that our Chicco Liteway Stroller arrived in time for our trip to Louisiana. We love our larger stroller but for traveling it can be a nuisance. A great quality umbrella stroller is exactly what we needed.
The weather here in Baton Rouge is what we needed too. We visited the local park this week and it was a warm and sunny 71 degrees! Both kiddos are over their colds and I am over my eye infection. Let me just say that I am pretty happy with life right now. And we are over the moon happy with our new stroller.

Let me just say once again that we love our Chicco Liteway Stroller. It has been great to travel with not only in the airport but also when we are out and about at a Baton Rouge park. (1.) We love how easily the straps adjust. {We obviously need to tighten our Little Man’s straps above!} (2.) This stroller also folds down so easily. We can pull up with our foot on the middle lever and push down with our foot on the side lever. So easy. Though didn’t bring the attached canopy, we are glad we have one. We stick to a pretty strict schedule so he doesn’t nap in this stroller, but I love that it is fully reclinable. Another plus, is that this basket turns into a backpack. There are many days I don’t want to lug around a large diaper bag, and being able to throw a diaper (or two) and wipes in this and grabbing it out to go is a very big plus.
(3.) The only thing we don’t like about this stroller is the foot rests. When you fold the stroller up the foot rests always go up too. So each time you unfold the stroller (which is super easy to do by the way) you have to push the side buttons (both) to put it back down. A bit of a hassle to do everytime.
All in all, we are pleased with the Liteway Stroller. We definitely recommend it. I give it a 4 out of 5 stars for sure!

My stroller is huge, I could use a light weight one.

Wow. I’ve been in BR for almost 8 years and I’ve never been to that park. Guess it’s time to get out and explore. Thanks for the chance to win, looks and sounds like a great stroller. We are at the stage where all we really need for our very active 2-year old is a good quality umbrella stroller.

It is a fun park indeed. Plus, it has the largest skate park we have ever seen on our travels. We did have a double stroller but that is such a hassle to bring everywhere. I love this Chicco Liteway much better. The six year old just has to walk. ๐

That looks like the perfect travel stroller. We have a few light weight ones but my sister has been asking for a great rec.
