This is the time of year that noses get stuffy and sinuses can become painful. We live in Washington state and many people have wood stoves, including my parents. I love the smell of wood stoves. It just reminds me of winter in Washington as a child. When I step outside in crisp, cold air and smell that wood fire smell coming from chimneys around me it brings back good childhood memories of playing outside as long as possible in the short winter days. But, unfortunately, I suffer from sinus issues and congestion due to the fires. Which as a result, makes sleeping at night more difficult.
Do you suffer from sinus problems?
Sudafed understands the issues surrounding sinus problems and has created an interactive and informative app on their Facebook page – OPEN UP™.
Sudafed knows that suffering from sinus pressure and pain can leave individuals feeling crushed, beat down, congested and even squeezed, desperately looking for a way to open up. Serious sinus sufferers are invited to creatively share how their sinus pain and pressure looks and feels to them by using Sudafed’s OPEN UP™ application on Facebook.
Then, beginning on December 2, the Sudafed Facebook community will vote for one of five finalist sketches that best illustrates the pains of sinus pressure. The winner will receive $5,000 and a chance to have their work included in a Sudafed advertising campaign. For more information, visit the Sudafed Facebook page.
Doesn’t this sound like a great campaign from Sudafed?
What does Sinus pressure and pain look like for you?
Head over the Sudafed Facebook page and submit your sketch. The contest ends 11/24 so you still have 3 days left to enter!

We have used it many times since my husband really deals with sinus issues. My mother uses frequently too. It works very well if you have sinus problems.
