We only caught this on television for two episodes. With our busy life and often early nights in bed with little ones, we didn’t get to watch it more than this. I was bummed. I wanted to be able to watch it each evening with the rest of America. I am thankful that it came out on Blu-ray and DVD so soon. This gives our family the chance to see it from start to finish.

What can I say about this film that has not been said? I mean, look at the stats above, and you will see that it has resonated with Americans and people world wide. By making a new movie about the Bible, they have enabled a new love for God’s word. The film has caused our own family to go back to familiar stories to see “Was that really in the Bible?” And though there were some liberties taken for movie purposes, most of this film is quite Biblical. I appreciate that. The effects are stunning. The acting superb. What a high quality movie about the Bible! This 10 part epic series is a must have Blu-ray and DVD for your video library collection.

Get back to The Bible friends. Watch this movie and open your Bible and read the stories for yourself. The movie really does make the Bible come alive and I now have a new love for my own Bible.
