I love to can! We have canned green beans, corn, tomatoes, potatoes, stews, beans, soups, peaches, apples, apple pie filling, apple sauce, all kinds of yummy jams and jellies…

Although I make blackberry jelly frequently, I have yet to can blackberry pie filling so maybe i will give it a try! Blackberries are hard to preserve in my house because they get eaten so quickly 🙂

I wish we were friends in real life Amanda. My mom and I are learning to can together. We’ve done apple pie filling, apple butter, blackberry jam and this black berry pie filling. I love it. I want to do salsa, spicy cauliflower, peaches, and more!

I haven’t canned anything. I would love to learn though, it’s been on my todo list for far too long. Thanks for sharing.

That looks yummy! I have made blackberry jam before, but never tried them in pie filling! I’m in the middle of harvesting and preserving my garden right now, but I will have to see if I can find time to find some blackberries and try this!
