When I was younger I loved to draw and paint. I was not very good but I still loved having a sketch book with pencils and watercolors on me. I don’t have much time for it anymore, but I can see now that my Princess is starting to love drawing as well. She recently got an oversized print to color. Instead of coloring it, she flipped it over and drew large pictures on the back. My dad likes to draw too, each week after our church potluck he enjoys sitting down and drawing. With Back To School coming upon us, I was happy to review the book, The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Drawing Basics Illustrated.
