About Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff for Moms:

In the first new Donโ€™t Sweat the Small Stuff book in nine years, Kristine Carlson shows how moms can live with less stress and more happiness. Kristine Carlson gives mothers tried-and-true advice that will empower them to find greater peace, joy, and harmony within themselves and their homes. Donโ€™t Sweat the Small Stuff for Moms reveals how to: be a mom (not a friend), balance being a woman and a mom, pursue your passion (but not at the expense of your children, and reclaim your family time.

Donโ€™t Sweat the Small Stuff for Moms reveals how to:
  • Be a Mom, Not a Friend
  • Balance Being a Woman and a Mom
  • Pursue Your Passion, But Not at the Expense of Your Children
  • Reclaim Your Family Time
My Review:

With the upcoming baby, this book is exactly what I needed. I appreciate the helpful advice that Kristine Carlson gives mothers. It is not only helpful but practical as well.

My favorite three chapters are:

  • Practice Breathing Before You Speak
  • Your Home is Your Haven
  • Peace of Mind: A Sanctuary Inside

I am a bit nervous about having two in the home and staying calm and patient. I am working on it. This book really is a great resource and help. It is perfect for Mother’s Day or any day!
