Morning Sickness

I have been struggling for the last few weeks with morning sickness – all day!

During my first pregnancy, I did great. I had a very smooth pregnancy. Didn’t throw up once.

This pregnancy?

Miserable, so far!

So imagine my surprise when I forgot to take my prenatal vitamin yesterday and I felt like a million bucks?

I have been complaining to my husband (this must be his fault, right?) about feeling sick, feeling depressed, and basically not feeling like myself.

So when I could eat yesterday without feeling sick, and just sit in a chair, or lie down without any complaint, I was so happy.

So, so happy!

If you are feeling sick during your first trimester, don’t assume it is just part of being pregnant. Make sure the culprit is not your prenatal vitamins.

Today, I am on a mission to find a new brand of prenatal vitamins!

Any advice?
