This list is actually based on my Princess’ 10 favorite snacks right now that she regularly eats. These are perfect for after school as well. Here are 10 great snacks for your pre-schooler:
1. Cantaloupe – cubed if possible is how she prefers it
2. Watermelon – bust out the melon baller, my Princess loves them that way
3. Strawberries – stemmed and sprinkled with sugar, please?
4. Blueberries – a fortune but a super food so what the heck?
5. Baby Carrots – this is her newest LOVE and I could not be more pleased
6. Pistachios – this year she began liking nuts, and this one is her absolute favorite {we buy a big bag at Costco because it is a lot cheaper}
7. Cereal – in a baggie, cereal comes in handy {especially at church}
8. Yogurt – if it is strawberry and organic then all the better in our home
9. Cheese – slices or string, it is a big favorite
10. Juice boxes – we travel with them every where! {I know, it isn’t very eco-friendly but we also use BPA free water bottles too!}

All great ideas and super popular in our house too – although I’ve never tried pistachios with my son! Great idea!! You’re right about blueberries being so expensive – ugh! Charlie especially loves raspberries, so I try to get one or the other when I’m at the store. Blueberries definitely last longer though. Thanks for linking up to Snacktime Saturday!

Thanks for stopping by and linking up to Snacktime Saturday. Great tips. My kiddo is a cheese addict. And I definitely agree with your cereal baggie suggestion. I always have one of those in the diaper bag!
