A peaceful calm and wonderful smells of outdoor pines and greens confront me right when we got out of our minivan.
The beauty of William’s Lake is very difficult to put into words and the feeling you get when walking the trails along the nature center.
{You know, I often start “writing” blog posts in my head during the day, only to forget them when I sit down to type.}
While exploring with our Princess {she thinks she is Dora today}, I lagged behind taking in the sites, and smells, while taking photographs of my beautiful family.
Contentment and a bit of nostalgia overwhelm me. Family. Belonging. Love.
I am blessed indeed.
I feel like I had been here before and it was a great feeling. {You know as you get older, you forget things but smells and feelings seem to linger?}
What a truly great day. This is one reason I love to travel. This, and look at these great photos. Memories captured in not only words but also digitally. This was one of those days we will remember in the years to come.
