Frugal Christmas Tip:
My favorite frugal Christmas tip is to bake your friends and family treats instead of buying them a Christmas present. It can save you money and it is more personal – isn’t that a great frugal Christmas tip? Plus, most people don’t “need” more stuff in their house. Baked treats, like Christmas cookies, can be enjoyed by the whole family. Once they are eaten, they are gone, not cluttering the house.
This year I made chocolate chip cookies dipped in vanilla almond bark, triple chocolate cupcake brownies, and sugar cookies decorated like stockings. It was time consuming but fun. I even got fancy with some frosting tips.
