We started our first seminar of the year this last week in British Columbia, Canada.
And it snowed, then snowed some more, then rained. Hard.
Our tires were sliding, but we stayed very safe, thanks to my careful and wonderful husband. (We even had to put our chains on at one point when it snowed.)
You guys want to know something though? Visitors are still coming out to our seminar – to hear God’s word.
We have been averaging about 40 visitors and 30 church members each night so our seminar hall is quite full despite the weather.
I also had the privilege of typing up the prayer requests this week. It is always humbling to get a peek at the private lives of our guests and read what they need prayer for. I realize, yet again, how truly blessed I am.
I do not deserve it, but God is so good to me.
Friday was the first night we brought the Princess to the seminar. She was able to stay with my parents during the week nights. And guess what?
She got sick.
It feels like every seminar, she gets sick.
This time it is a stomach flu. She is having a hard time holding anything down. I wish I could be sick for her. I would take it. She is miserable. Please pray for her. We’d appreciate it.
And remember those who have committed and recommitted their lives to Christ this week during our seminar. It is exciting to see new people and even church members making a stand for Jesus more fully in their lives.

Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved. -Acts 4: 12
