I was so embarrassed.
But I do admit it was funny.
I didn’t let my Princess hear me laugh though.
I clearly told her what she did was wrong:
As we were shopping at the grocery store, my Big Girl told me she had to go the bathroom. We went into the women’s restroom just as a young woman was leaving the disabled restroom. That is a nice, roomy stall, so we went in.
“Pew mommy, it stinks in here.” My Princess said in a loud voice. I quietly shushed her.
“What? It does!” I then proceeded to tell her that it wasn’t nice to stay that. (I mean the lady was still washing her hands!)
“Well she stunk it up!” My Princess replied quite indignantly.
I clearly told her to stop talking, and that what she was saying was not nice. Of course, she didn’t understand that. I am just waiting now for her to say something like that when I am using the public bathroom.
