There is free child care at all our seminars. This seminar has two women leading – the Pastor’s wife (who is also the Principal of the church school) and the church treasurer. They are great. Every night the kids get an awesome lesson and craft. I mean, really cool crafts.
Guess who does not want to go?
Yep, the Princess.
She went the first night and lasted about 30 minutes. One of the parent helpers that night brought her to me. She was red blotchy faced and hiccupping from crying so hard.
She is not ready to be apart from mommy.
So what do I do to keep her busy for 1.5 hours each night at the seminar?

String along beads are a big favorite with the Princess.

Oh, don’t let me forget – LOTS and LOTS of snacks.
