I enjoyed a birthday this week. Because we travel so much, October is usually a time that we are in a new place. I get the privilege of celebrating my birthday with my wonderful husband and lovely Princess each year. I am glad that this year we had the night off for my birthday.
I woke up to breakfast in bed. My favorite – red potatoes, scrambled eggs, “bacon” strips, and toast. Then, I even got a homecooked dinner – homemade marinara with angel hair, garlic toast, and green salad. The cake? A wonderful vegan carob cake made by our wonderful friend, Toni.
