I am the interpreter now for the Princess. Most of the time no one can understand her. So they turn to mommy. She has so many cute little phrases. I wanted to share a few with you all.
“Mommy, Go?” – It is not always mommy, but when she says this phrase she is asking where I am.
“Hide and Seek Boat” – We walked passed an old boat this weekend that was covered in tall grass. Therefore, it was a hide and seek boat. Since she learned to play that game, anything that appears to be “hiding” is a hide and seek item. She hid shoes yesterday under the elliptical machine, leaned against the side, counted (see below) with her eyes closed, and then found them. She LOVES hide and seek.
“2, 5, 8, 9, 10 Go Baby” – this is the order she counts. The last couple days she says this phrase when jumping from the ottoman to the bean bag chair.
“Bee” – since the Bees arrived last week, every bug is a bee, she looks out the window in the hopes to see a “bee” and runs around the house with a net to catch the “bee”.
“Rock, Baby Nona” – We have a large Rocking Horse that was actually mine when I was 2. She rocks on it yelling at the top of her lungs this phrase. At first it was cute, but after 10 times it does become annoying. She has even begun singing this in the car as well.
“My Show All Done” – whenever her cartoon ends or even her game she will say this phrase. It is actually cute.
“My” – this is her favorite pronoun. Right now she likes to say, “My tall” and reach really high up. This is one of my favorites to hear. She really thinks she is really tall.
“Help Me Feel Better” – We are working on a new memory verse this week. (Be Kind…One to another.) But whenever I ask her what her memory verse is she says this phrase. I have no idea why.
“Oh, Nice” – This is my all time favorite phrase she says right now. When she sees something pretty or appealing she says, “Oh, Nice”. It is such a cute voice and “Nice” is said somewhat high pitched and anytime I can catch her saying it, it warms my heart.
