Do you ever get tired of watching the same old news? Of course you do! I hate listening to all the terrible things that are happening in the world. My husband and I frequently comment about how the reporter stays so unsympathetic when they are reporting on terrible news. So when I read about Daryn Kagan in a magazine recently, I had to check her website out. A former CNN reporter, Daryn Kagan now reports on hopeful news. Good news that shows us that yes, great people do exist and live in our neighborhoods, and those people are worth reporting on. You can find stories on her wesbite about a 7 year old girl getting a surprise visit from her Iraq soldier father, heroic firefighters, horse sanctuaries and so much more. You can even post your own stories on her website. I LOVE human interest stories don’t you? So I am now a follower of Daryn’s blog. In a time when all I hear is bad news, hopeful news works for me!
