I woke up to a hug, kiss and present from my family. I got what I asked for – 30 Day Shred. Plus, I was surprised with more gift – the newest Newsboys CD, which I wanted (I love that song In The Hands of God). Isabella picked out my card, it was an Elmo card. She had a hard time handing it to me. She loves Elmo. Then, my wonderful husband made me Fiber One pancakes (with a half a banana blended in it and ground flax seed), eggs and bacon strips. It was YUMMY! (I am a lucky mommy and wife, I know.)
Then, something exciting happened. I won my first giveaway ever. 5 Minutes for Mom was hosting several Mother’s Day Giveaways and I won an iHosa Chunei Baby Carrier. The very wonderful thing is I have been looking for a baby carrier that could hold a toddler that also had a harness to snap. The ones I was looking at were $100+, which is a lot of money. So winning this one is a HUGE blessing! It holds up to 35 lbs. So today God really gave me a gift. (I know, I know my Princess, Hubby, Great Mom, and Mother-in Law, are all a gifts too.)
Add to all this a great buffet lunch from Fresh Choice, a little shopping, and a fun time enjoying the 80+ degree weather and you have a great Mother’s Day!
