Do you ever have a list of things in your head that you want to blog about? I do. All the time. The problem is I often forget. I need to write them down. Thank goodness for
late night blogging.
Today, is the second day that Isabella has been sitting on her potty trainer toilet and pretending to go to the bathroom. She wants the toilet paper to wipe, so I give her one square and she pretends to wipe then she puts her square in her toilet. It is so funny to see. By the way, in Washington, Isabella actually went poo on the big toilet for the first time. I could tell by her facial expression that she had to go so I just picked her up and put her on. When she was done, I patted her bottom with a piece of toilet paper and clapped and gave her a high five. (High five and “knuckles” are her newest achievements as well.)
Now that we have reintroduced Isabella to her snow boots, she is obsessed. She wants to wear them around the house. She walks really big steps because they have red lights that go off on the bottom. (FYI – we got these Weebok snow boots at the Just Between Friends consignment sale in Roseville for $5.) So we turned the lights off tonight so she could really see her boots light up. She is definitely going to be the child who will have a favorite pair of boots. She has been walking around the house in our shoes for weeks now. It hasn’t gotten old yet either. We still laugh.
