While we love the chance to visit family in Washington, we miss daddy. And of course, Daddy very much misses us. He has kept busy at work and has had plans every night so far since we have been gone. But still, he misses us. The students have been going to our house, which has been nice for him. They have been eating popcorn and smoothies and playing Taboo.
Last night, he called while we were going to bed. Isabella heard her daddy’s voice and was so happy. She wanted the phone and when he said goodbye, she was upset. We will see him on Monday. We can’t wait.
