Well, Christmas is coming to an end. It always comes and goes so fast in my opinion. We had a wonderful day today though! My parents and sister are here and though we tried not to spoil Isabella too much, she did seem to get a lot! I can see why toys easily accumulate. Isabella’s top three favorite things: a couch, a baby stroller, and an ornament. The baby buggy was really for her dolly, but she really wanted to ride in it instead. So everyone had to take their turn pushing her. Which started to really wear us all out. Then she got a little Disney Princess sofa, which unfolds into a bed. She loves her own chairs. She has sat on this all day. I think this will be used daily in our home. The final favorite wasn’t even something for her. It is a metal ornament that is filled with Ghiradelli chocolates. She has one half and two small bars inside. She played with this the most! She has a living room full of new toys and she chooses to play with the one thing that wasn’t hers and is not a toy! How typical. Remember the real reason for Christmas – a man/God named Jesus who came down from Heaven to be born as a baby so that we may have everlasting life! How cool is this! What an awesome God we serve. Choose to serve Him this Christmas and always.
