Tulip Festival Fun
I am so glad to be home this week, not only because it is Easter weekend, but because we are having our annual Skagit County Tulip Festival.This time of year, though the traffic around our county is horrendous, {can't anyone go the speed limit at least?} -- the photos of the tulip fields are beautiful.Thank the Lord, we had a beautiful sunny day while I was home. Home Sweet Home is Always Bittersweet
I love going home to Washington but there is a joy in coming home here to N. California. Back to all our regular things, our routine. We had a great time and of course I will miss my family. I was able to relax and enjoy myself very much. I think I gained 5 lbs at home though. (GASP!) Back to no sweets and healthy eating for sure! I need a exercise routine that works well and is short.
