1 More Reason My Daughter is the Real Baby Einstein:
My daughter is a baby Einstein. Really. In the morning after I change her diaper I know to expect within the next 30 minutes that she will go poo poo. I can usually smell it. So I say, “Isabella go poo poo?” and I make the sign language sign for potty. Usually, she will come up to me and turn around so I can check her diaper, or if she is feeling spunky she will start to run away.
Yesterday morning she had a BIG poo poo. I laid her down on the carpet, and for the first time in quite a while, the poo came out the top of the diaper and onto the carpet! It was not pretty. So I quickly cleaned her up and used a wipe on the carpet. That didn’t work though, so I ran to the cleaning closet to grab the carpet cleaning spray and paper towels. I sprayed and scrubbed, then sprayed some more. I put one more paper towel on the spot and stepped on it to absorb the excess carpet spray. Isabella watched the entire time. Then she went over to her baby wipes, pulled one out, put in on the floor (in a nearby spot) and stepped on it with her bare feet.
She is brilliant people – a true baby einstein!
