What does well being mean to you? It is not just about health and wellness to me but even encompasses relationships and community. Traveling on the road with my husband’s job is difficult to maintain strong relationships. We are not home consistently and the places we visit are just that – visits. So I am thankful that when I am home I live in a Native American reservation with a strong community and my family is within 2 miles of me. My very large extended family. So not only do I need physical and mental health for my well being but also a connection to a community and with other people.

My Well-Being Powered by Humana:

My Well-Being is a place that understand that well-being is interconnected with our own personal health but also our relationships and their health. Well-being can also include being finanancially independent in a difficult economy.

My Well-Being is a site that has personalized content for you. You can read the articles, watch vides, and get tips for what you are interested in.

About MyWell-Being from mywell-being on Vimeo.

My Well-Being website is so simple to sign up for. The very cool thing? You can a FREE Dummies book of your choice. I choose Retirement for Dummies. My husband is so great at planning for our retirement. He is going to love this book!

After a simple sign up you can take the well being assessment. The wesbite is also easy to navigate. The assessment is not long. I actually enjoyed taking it. The result? I am doing well in my people well-being but could improve my health well being. {Which I knew to be true.}

After the assessment your page is personalized for you. You will get the tools you need to improve your well being. You will also find games and polls on the site. I really love the games section. My favorite game was speed match which test your reaction time. This is such a helpful site – to learn about things from consitpation, to money, to memory retention games – there is something to learn and enjoy for everyone.

      My husband is so good at this. I am thankful. We both have IRAs and he also has an account with his work. We will be set when we get old. I am blessed indeed.
