Easy Last Minute Cinco de Mayo Party

May 4, 2016 By LaVonne

Spread the love

It’s still very hard to believe that it is May. This year is flying by and with May comes sunshine, flowers, outdoor fun, Mother’s Day, and of course Cinco de Mayo. I love any excuse to eat great Mexican food. Since our family is mainly vegetarian, Mexican food is always a big hit in our home.

Any special Cinco de Mayo party plans?

Cinco de Mayo Party

Cinco de Mayo, May 5, is a time to celebrate, and Qdoba knows how to kick off the celebration in style. With Cinco de Mayo around the corner, putting together a party last-minute may be tricky with hectic schedules and a short turnaround time.

Enter Qdoba.

Cinco de Mayo Party

The fast casual Mexican restaurant brand will do all of the heavy lifting so you won’t have to worry about a thing. With a full burrito bar, their famous 3-cheese queso and flavor-packed guac (at no extra charge!), guests will leave happy.

With four awesome catering options, you’ll have great Cindo de Mayo party food covered:

  • Hot Naked Burrito Bar
  • Hot Taco Bar
  • Hot Nacho Bar
  • Boxed Lunches

You’ll also find add-ons to each catering option like fajita veggies and hand smashed guacamole!

I haven’t been to Qdoba in a few years but their menu has definitely improved since I was there! So many menu items look delicious!

We *love* Q’Doba! Actually, we had them cater our wedding. It was just a small garden wedding, & since we had a lot of dates there, it felt natural to serve their food. It was lovely allowing our guests to make their own burritos or nachos at the bar. It was a lot of fun putting “Steak or chicken” on the RSVP, too! We received a lot of compliments on it since it was fun & classy. Would love to be able to take hubby there on a date with a GC. Since having our 2 little girls, we haven’t gone out much since he is a teacher & I’m a stay-at-home mom, funds are tight as well as TIME!

The drunken yardbird sounds good! I’ve never met a taco or burrito that I don’t like though.
