Well, I guess I will share more than that. We went to a new church this weekend and really enjoyed it. The Beginner’s class (age 1-3) was fabulous. Decorated for Christmas with a real baby (one of the church member’s child) playing Jesus in a manager for story time. When it was time for church service we went to the training room. (You know, the place where the unruly children have to sit.) There was only one other 2 year old there. I don’t have to elaborate here too much, but will simply say that the entire church service consisted of “No, Isabella. Share, Isabella.” It was funny though, at the end of the service when we were saying goodbye, my princess freely hugged the boy like they were the best of friends. We shall see how they do next week.
I was given a little hope today by another mother who said her almost 3 year old has gotten better about sharing and playing. This phase will pass. (Soon, I hope.)
