How Do You Get Protein After Working Out?

How Do You Get Protein After Working Out?

We have amazing health insurance. Through our insurance we were able to join our local YMCA for $25 per month and no initiation fee. How can I not do it? I love classes (can you say Zumba, Pilates and water aerobics?) and my kids absolutely love the pool. The hubster lifts weights and does the eliptical 4-5 days a week in the morning.

When my hubby gets home to the RV, while I am barely waking up, he likes to have a protein shake. Swears by it, in fact. So when I had the chance to review the Quaker Breakfast Shake with 10 grams of protein – I jumped at it. Getting protein easily after a workout without having to mix up some grainy powder? Priceless! Thank goodness for Quaker!

Drinking a chocolate flavored Quaker Breakfast Shake will give you the wholesome goodness you want for an after workout boost in the morning. Quaker Breakfast Shakes are available in Chocolate, Strawberry, and Vanilla and has:

  •  8g of whole grain oats
  • 10g of protein
  • 6g of fiber
  • 200 calories

What did my husband think? He loved it. The taste was fabulous. He’d like to get it again, in fact. This is such a convenient way to keep your day moving. Quaker Breakfast Shakes are available to purchase at your local Walmart store.

Try it yourself! In fact, print out this $2 off coupon before you go! In fact, to help you try out this Quaker Breakfast Shake for yourself, I am giving away a $25 Walmart Gift Card! For your chance to win, enter the Rafflecopter form below with your Facebook account or email address. Open to US residents 18+.
